Consumer Narrative

Per Congress there is abundant evidence of the use of abusive, deceptive and unfair debt collection practices. These illegal practices have led to an invasion of my privacy per 15USC1692 ( a ) .15USC1601 states its purpose is to protect me, the consumer, against inaccurate and unfair credit billing and credit card practices. Congress also states credit reporting agencies have assumed its role per 15USC1681 ( a ) ( 3 ). XXXX XXXX MUST report what I instruct XXXX XXXX to report. Consumer reporting agency grave responsibility is to respect my consumers right to privacy per 15USC1681 ( a ) ( 4 ) and XXXX XXXX is in direct violation of my federally protected consumer rights. 15USC1681s-2 ( 7 ) ( e ) states use of notice without submitting negative information and 15USC1681s-2 ( 7 ) ( g ) ( i ) states no reporting negative information about the consumer. Before we get to validation per 15USC1692g, The FDCPA states XXXX XXXX must have my permission to communicate with me per 15USC1692c. XXXX XXXX never had my permission to communicate with me prior to my dispute of the validity of the alleged debt being furnished on XX/XX/2021. 15USC1640 states any debt collector who fails to comply with respect to any person is liable to such person any actual damage sustained. Under federal law, I am entitled to emotional distress, damages, economic damages costs and attorney fees per 15USC1692k and other consumer protection laws. FCRA defines a consumer report as a medium, which is communication. I am NOT requesting an investigation or verification because Congress states XXXX XXXX does not have the power to do so per 15USC1681 ( a ) ( 3 ). I requested VALIDATION per federal law, I NEVER requested verification as nothing in 15USC1692 ( g ) states contract, signature, or verification. A signature or a contract is not a validation and is not listed as apart of the 5 requirements per federal law. XXXX XXXX does not have the power to say I owe any alleged debt per 15USC1692g ( b ). XXXX XXXX is in violation of conducting debt collecting business per 15USC1692b by continuing to attempt to collect. 15USC1681i states, XXXX XXXX must delete the item ( s ) from the file expeditiously. I am commanding a deletion before the end of the business day per 15USC1681i. I use my consumer report to extend myself credit and the invalidated debt and invalid communication is being furnished on my consumer reports via XXXX, Equifax and XXXX. I have studied to show myself approved and I will use every legal mean to enforce my consumer rights under the FCRA. Congress states per 15USC1681a ( 4 ) consumer reporting agencies ( XXXX XXXX ) must respect the consumer right of privacy. I do not validate the alleged debt being furnished and 15USC1681b ( 2 ) states a consumer report may only be furnished in accordance with the written instructions of the consumer to whom it relates. XXXX XXXX is in direct violation of my federally protected right because I, XXXX XXXX XXXX never directed XXXX XXXX in writing or verbally to furnish anything on my consumer report. Consumer credit reporting is voluntarily and not mandatory, more than one statute and subsection gives me the option to opt out per 15USC1681b and 15USC6802 ( b ). I am commanding an expeditious and permanent deletion of adverse account being furnished and immediately and permanently stop reporting for all purposes and to cease any further communication with me and any 3rd party debt collectors for all purposes. I never gave XXXX XXXX consent pursuant to federal law 15USC1681b ( 2 ).
