Experian Credit Reporting Agency has a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX account in my credit files that is not linked to my name or address attached to this collection account is showing a status : Seriously Past due date/assigned to attorney, collection agency, or credit granters internal collection department.I originally mailed dispute letter to experian on XX/XX/21 included all of the supporting documents that was requested which was copies of Drivers license, social security card, police report, Identity theft Report, my full name, date of birth, current address which also reflects my address for past two years.Experian states they never received dispute letter mailed XXXX.After I was informed Experian never received dispute letter I decided to send Experian a certified letter requiring signature upon receipt.I also was able to successfully upload the supporting documents as listed above to experian 's documents upload site.Experian finally admitted to receiving the dispute letter and supporting documents that was sent via certified mail.However Experian denies receiving uploaded documents.Experian representative stated on XX/XX/21 that they received dispute letter containing requested documents on XXXX I reached out to experian due to a previous dispute of Portfolio Recovery Associates Collection account not being removed from my credit files, address that doesn't belong to me being in my credit files, and questioned the removal of the name that the Collection Agency reported to the credit bureau due to Experian representatives previously informing me that name could not be removed due to it being linked to the collection account.I spoke with a rep XXXX asked to speak with supervisor since rep response to my questions was " I don't know '' Rep would put me on hold come back to phone and claim he was unable to get supervisor.Rep even questioned me why I wanted to speak with supervisor I replied Its my Right basically I was denied the chance to speak with a superviso
