requesting validation of debt. They reponded with medical records, a DIRECT violation of HIPPA regulations. Not only did these documents have procedures and/or medications received, it also contained my SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER with NO security measures taken. I NEVER signed a HIPPAA form authorizing access to any such medical records. 15 usc 1692b ( 2 ) - unauthorized use of credit by a person other then a cardholder who does not have authority for such use and from which the cardholder receives no benefit
