I have called BridgeCrest more than 4 times trying to speak with someone that can explain why is the account still showing on my credit report. The car loan was taken out online by a family member that use to live with me I have sent in affidavits and proof of ID to no avail. I even sent in the check to pay the car in full for {$9700.00} which I was told by a rep named XXXX and to mail the check to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX AZ. One month the amount was showing I owed {$8000.00} now it is showing {$9700.00} a complete audit needs to be done and any over payment sent back to me. But to get rid of this thorn in my side I paid the {$9700.00} and I want this account removed immediately. BridgeCrest has been paid now do the right thing. I also believe it is time to start applying fines against BridgeCrest and to move my complaint up higher so it can get resolved immediately.
