Consumer Narrative

I was told verbally that my loan is eligible to receive mortgage assistance but the servicer is stating that this investor doesn't award mortgage assistance at all. I have supplied 2 offers but due to XXXX I became very ill. I have asked for either of the 2 offers that are telling me that they have no record of the approvals I have submitted them as evidence. The stated that the XXXX does not qualify, All I ask is that they modify the loan and keep me in my house.
