My mortgage is relatively new having been issued by XXXX XXXX XXXX and transferred servicing to EMM Loans, XXXX XXXX That location did not timely process payments and I do not know the interest wrongfully charged. Now last month the loan was transferred to EMM Loans LLC in Texas and it is a disaster. A payment was made XX/XX/XXXX via my bank online payment system. On XX/XX/2021, the payment was returned to my bank saying the loan could not be identified!. On XX/XX/2021, my back redid the loan payment and the second payment while finally acknowledged by EMM Loans has a receipt date of XX/XX/2021, and after a call to EMM Loans and a very lengthy weight I was told on XX/XX/2021, the loan would be credited the next day XX/XX/2021. That did not occur and now, I have received the attached statement dated XX/XX/2021 demanding double the mortgage payment. Please note EMM actually received payment on XX/XX/2021 and returned it! Now, who knows what is going on with the second payment EMM has and has not returned. This is beyond bad servicing it is illegal and after months of sheer XXXX with EMM and countless hours spent trying to get EMM to get its act together with my mortgage, I am having no success and EMM is getting worse. What damage will EMM do my credit?
