NCB MANAGEMENT SERVICES stated that I obtained a loan from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX on XXXX XXXX in the amount of {$1800.00}. I have never received said such loan. I was a victim of fraud and have tried to explain that to the collection company, I have asked them to validate the debt, and they have never provided me validation. NCB MANAGEMENT SERVICES only wanted me to send them a copy of my drivers licensee. I'm not understanding the law. How can people just get my information open up accounts and I have pay for this. I need to have this addressed. I continue to dispute the account and they say it's my account. they have called an harass me about the account and would never provide me a contract of the debt..
