I have a credit card with Discover card services and I requested a credit line increase 0n XXXX, I was shocked when they denied me because I have excellent credit. I waited for denial letter which states they received report from XXXX. All of the information is wrong I immediately called XXXX, XXXX rep told me Discover has not checked my credit and that my last inquiry was in XXXX and not from discover card. XXXX told me to call them when I called they are denying it and claim they got information from XXXX. Not sure where discover card received their information from because I have no inquiries on my XXXX report from them. The information they are providing me is completely wrong, I have NO outstanding balances on any of my credit cards, my credit rating Is exceptional and very good.
