Comenity Bank opened an account in my name without authorization. They ran my credit, and then reported a new account being opened. They refuse to answer my questions online, and apparently are running up a balance in my name, in spite of my never applying for a card. I never gave them an address to send a bill, I never gave them a phone number, and I have no way of contacting them online other than through the account I was an additional card holder on, ie. my wife 's account.
