I tried to sign up for alarm service with XXXX XXXX XXXX in XX/XX/2021. In the process XXXX advised that equipment will be {$1500.00} and will be financed by their " XXXX XXXX '' Affirm. When we finalized the service arrangement, XXXX advised that it would take them 2 months to provide service and install equipment. I immediately cancelled service and received a XXXX airbill to return the equipment back to XXXX ( when it would arrive ). That equipment was returned via XXXX. I was assured that service would be cancelled and equipment refunded. BUT, XXXX home security did not refund the money back to their " inhouse '' lender Affirm and Affirm started collecting now {$2100.00} for money which is owed to them. I tried to contact with XXXX home security multiple times but they did not respond. Affirm did not respond to my inquiries either. I do not owe any money, as I did not keep any equipment and did not receive any service. PLEASE HELP
