Consumer Narrative
I recently ordered my consumer report from annualcreditreport.com. Upon arrival, I noticed that Equifax has placed a total of 25 inquiries/accounts on my consumer report that violate FCRA federal laws. I sent in my identity theft report and demanded that all 25 inquiries/accounts be blocked and removed from my report because, I, the consumer and natural person, did not consent to, authorize, nor benefit from any of those inquiries/accounts. Every inquiry and account that I sent them are violations of the following sections of the FCRA. 15 USC 1681 ( a ) ( 4 ) ... 15 USC 1681 ( 2 ) ( a ) ( i ) ... 15 USC 1681 ( 2 ) ( b ). It's also another violation because I never gave Equifax my written permission to furnish any of those 25 items on my consumer report. As a consumer, I am demanding that all 25 be removed. I sent the company certified mail, so I know when all of the information was received. I have proof of my entire consumer report. I have proof of certified mail with all documents that I sent to Equifax. I have proof of when they received the documents. 1. The request to block was not made in error. 2. The request to block was not based on material misrepresentation. 3. I, the consumer/natural person, did not consent to, authorize, or benefit from any of those accounts/inquiries. If I received goods or services, I need them to have a senior executive certify under the penalty of perjury that I have in fact received goods or services as a result of any of those transactions. Please be aware that I am very familiar with the FCRA laws that govern Equifax and the rest of the consumer reporting agencies. I know that Equifax is now civilly liable for all violations under the FCRA federal laws. Under the civil section the amount per violation is {$1000.00}. I am demanding compensation for those violations.
