I am a consumer XXXX, XXXX as identified in FDCPA 15 USC 1692a ( 3 ). I have a right to privacy pursuant to 15 USC 1681 ( a ) ( 4 ), Ive recently reviewed my consumer report and noticed I have multiple authorize inquiries that are not associated with any open accounts on my consumer report. I will have my identity theft report attached to this complaint. Pursuant to FCRA 15 usc 1681 ( a ) ( 1 ) credit reporting agencies The banking system is dependent upon fair and accurate credit reporting. Inaccurate credit reports directly impair the efficiency of the banking system, and unfair credit reporting methods undermine the public confidence which is essential to the continued functioning of the banking system. Pursuant to FCRA 15 usc 1681a ( d ) ( 1 ) The term consumer report means any written, oral, or other communication of any information by a consumer reporting agency bearing on a consumers credit worthiness, credit standing, credit capacity, character, general reputation, personal characteristics, or mode of living which is used or expected to be used or collected in whole or in part for the purpose of serving as a factor in establishing the consumers eligibility for.
