I have tried to dispute an old account that is reporting on my Equifax credit file but Equifax has not responded. I tried to even attempt disputing on their website which doesn't let me in, then I tired to contact them and no one picks up. I have sent them a dispute in the mail and it's been well over 90 days. It's impossible to get any type of communication with them to get this resolved.
