On XX/XX/2021 Experian received my letter exercising my rights under FCRA 611 ( a ) requesting a complete description of all methods of verification regarding a public record bankruptcy and they did not comply. I have documentation that they have received said letter on XX/XX/XXXX. I also asked within letter that I receive this information within 15 days of receipt or I expected the item in question to permanently be expunged from my record. Experian did not comply.
