I have called Vanderbilt Mortgage several times back in End of XX/XX/XXXX, to ask about maybe getting a forebarence extension. They told me that since my co-hab partner was no longer in the home there was no possibility of me keeping the home because it wasnt affordable to me alone without XXXX income. I ask her several times about working on A payment plan to get caught up, re-finance, and about extending my account that XXXX XXXX and have a XXXX XXXX old son in the home a XXXX XXXX XXXX. I didnt want to lose my home. As usual they were very rude saying I just had a forbearance back in XX/XX/XXXX and that it was just be best for me to sign a deed by of luea and take {$1000.00} and leave the house I. Good standing and just move out in with family and friends. I never agreed to that and asked why I couldnt get my payments lowered to make them more affordable? They saw they were starting the foreclosure process and I was going to have to move one way or the other. Anything you could do to help with this situation would greatly be appreciated.
