I sent a debt verification latter to Account Resolution Service twice. One in XXXX and the other one on XX/XX/XXXX. Each time the company have failed to validate my debt. Instead they send a list of my medical record which I know is a direct violation my HIPPA regulations. I never signed a HIPPA form authorizing them to have access to this information. Please delete this information from my credit file and cease all collection activities immediately.
