on XX/XX/XXXX i sent an affidavit of truth via certified mail and requested validation of alleged debt through affidavit from XXXX, XXXX and experian for thier reporting of NAVIENT accounts. On top of that i sent them a cease and desist, all documents have been notarized, I have not received an affidavit in return and it has been over 60 days. I also gave them an opportunity for remedy and have not received response. Also they have been calling me, emailing me and sending me statements in the mail. Im just tired of being harassed, and my name slandered. My life in all aspects is constantly being affected by this issue, my marriage, my time as a father I'm losing sleep and its affecting my health. This has to be resolved.
