Approximately sometime in Summer XXXX. My estranged brother contacted my mother to say that a collection agency XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX has been calling his residence asking for me and whether I lived there. My estranged brother who I have not seen or spoken to in 20 years informed XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX that no one by that name " XXXX XXXX '' lived at his residence. He, my estranged brother stated to my mother that XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX has been calling his residence on several occasions early in the morning and late at nights harrassing his family asking for XXXX XXXX and telling my estranged brother that I need to pay a debt or else. It is when my estranged brother who happens to be a lawyer threatened them with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX with legal actions -- they stopped calling. The calls never stopped. They, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX- searched to located who had my last name and which individuals who was linked to my last name. They, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX found my elderly XXXX XXXX XXXX parent phone number and also called my parent many times throughout the day threatening my mother that she should give them my contact details and that I owe them XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX money. My mother was extremely upset where she was having chest pains. Those are the abusive practices that XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX did. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX added a negativity to XXXX and Experian. I DO NOT OWE XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX any monies. I have sent XXXX Letters. I have Sent Experian letters. Also, I have sent letters to XXXX Disputing the report that I do not owe XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and that they should Delete/Remove it from my Credit Report. XXXX - Responded and Delete/Remove XXXX XXXX XXXX Collection from my Credit Report XXXX XXXX - I have sent several letters -- XXXX have Not removed the Incorrect Information XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX . EXPERIAN : I have sent letters to Experian as well - They never responded to my letter that I sent them on XX/XX/XXXX Disputing the incorrect information. Please help me with XXXX and EXperian.
