I was in the process of shopping for a refinance company, and began working with XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ID XXXX ). As part of the process I provided my social security as my credit would be pulled. I authorized a single credit inquiry on and for the date XX/XX/2021. XXXX days later on XX/XX/XXXX, a XXXX hard inquiry was completed using my information without my authorization, by XXXX. I immediately contacted XXXX XXXX and highlighted the issue and my disapproval. XXXX XXXX assured me the inquiry was an error on their end and that the issue would be rectified. For XXXX months weve gone back and forth and the matter remains unresolved. XXXX XXXX lied to me that a deletion was requested, this was in XXXX. Ive contacted the company and reached out to XXXX again by email and yet nothing has been done. XXXX XXXX has also refused to further reply to my emails despite being the person that caused the issue. I have several emails which corroborates the aforementioned.
