I have 2 mortgages with Caliber Home Loans. I pay extra on my mortgage every month that is to be applied to the principal. However, Caliber doesn't apply the extra to my principal. I have made multiple calls, wrote a letter and let them know in surveys I have taken. I received no response to my letter ( letter attached ). When I call every month, they say they will fix it but has you can see from screenshot attached it just makes a mess out of my online account sheet and I can't determine what has actually been done. I have paid an extra {$2000.00} every month this year that was supposed to be applied to principal. I don't see where this has been done each month. The last representative I talked with last week said she would send me a detailed account statement, I have not received it. I didn't have this problem with Caliber Home Loans until I refinanced my mortgages last year. The one solution I received was to put in my bank information into their online website and they would pull the funds directly from my bank account. I have always paid my bills through my bank 's bill-pay system and prefer this method. Due to security reasons I will not put my banking information into online sites and give a company access to pull funds out of my personal accounts. I have consistently paid {$2700.00} each month. That's {$710.00} Mortgage payment + {$2000.00} principal. If you look at the screenshot of my account statement you will see that it hasn't been processed correctly.
