I received 2 notices on/around XX/XX/XXXX that were dated XX/XX/XXXX from Midland Credit Management stating I owed 2 debts to them. I contacted MCM via chat today - XX/XX/XXXX - to request validation and verification of the debt and I was told they can not send that information to me and that I should look online at the statements, which only shows an amount and the name of the creditor. Both balances are from XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX for {$1800.00} and the other for {$1200.00} and that both were charged off XX/XX/XXXX. There is no other details as for what these are balances are for. I requested from the chat representative, XXXX XXXX, what these charges were for from the original creditor and she stated the letters I received welcoming me to MCM with the balance amount was validation. I told her that I do not believe these are my debts owed and its my right to get this information before they try to legally collect on a debt.
