I opened an account in XX/XX/2019 with a promotion of {$300.00} for a savings account and {$300.00} for a checking account. XXXX, the person helping me closed and opened my accounts and assured me that I would received this promotional bonus. I kept the proper balances and did everything I was told to do. I did not receive any promotional money. XXXX has since left this bank and I was told she did similar misdeeds with other accounts. I can provide the promotional information as well. Im happy to provide my account information
