I apply for an unsecured credit card in XXXX. I was told to send a deposit for {$200.00} and I sent it, and in XXXX they sent me a credit card. They ask for Documentation as proof of resident so I sent a copy of my Driver 's License and a bank statement that is what they ask for. Then they said they need to do a third-party call to my bank. And they would not activate my card because my Bank does not do the third party. So they stated that I should close the account and they would send me my deposit. I did this to build my credit. This has been horrible and now it's XXXX and I still don't have my deposit. I wrote to the corporate office and no one respond to my letter. This bank is horrible. I am sure I am not the only one that has gone through this. Please help me, no one should ever have to go through this. They sent me statements for a card I can not use. XXXX XXXX
