This is XXXX XXXX XXXX, who is submitting this CFPB complaint myself and to inform you that there is no third party involve in the process. I have been patiently waiting on their response about the written requests I sent. We have been sending written letters since XX/XX/XXXX with regards to my request of removing the items in question and my last request was sent XX/XX/XXXX. However, any modes of response or coordination were not taken on their end. They have not complied with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 USC Sections 1681i within the time allowed by law and continued reporting as unverified information which now, given all my attempts to address it directly with the Bureau, as willful negligence and non-compliance with federal statutes.
