Each time I request they accommodate my XXXX under the ADA they become hostile and argumentative and hang up on me for making a request for equal access as a XXXX person. They say we just go in circles even though I try to move it forward. They have now threatened to close my account if I keep trying to be accommodated. I have specifically requested effective communication within the ADA and an interactive good faith process to achieve a reasonable and appropriate lasting and durable accommodation for my XXXX. When I ask for good faith they hang up in bad faith.
