On XX/XX/2021 Franklin Collection Agency of XXXX, XXXX reported to XXXX and XXXX credit bureaus that there was a balance of {$630.00} owed to them. Original creditor purported to be XXXX XXXX XXXX. I called their number ( XXXX ) XXXX appearing on website and was unable to speak with a representative due to their automated system. I left my information on their system following all prompts and instructions. This was done two weeks ago. The message said they would have a representative reach out to me but they have not contacted me in any way. I do not have an account with XXXX and have not had any services from XXXX for approximately 5 years. I have not been contacted by XXXX and have not been contacted by Franklin Collection Agency although they continue to report that I have a past due balance to the credit bureaus.
