XX/XX/2021. Ordered an airline ticket from the American Express app. The app crashed right during confirmation. Email confirmation was not sent for several hours. I was flying out the next day or shortly there of. So I ordered a second ticket since I didn't receive confirmation and the app crashed. I called Amex several times the next day and impending weeks. They gave me the run around and did nothing. So I finally disputed in writing to make a record. They dragged their heels and took 2 months to research their own system since I purchased in their app. They denied without addressing the issue of the app crashing or the dozen call I attempted to rectify before flight and in the weeks after. Please help.
