I have been banking with XXXX XXXX XXXX bank since my Dad opened my savings account in the late XXXX in XXXX XXXX, WI under XXXX. ( I didnt know much about banking at the time, but was happy the Bankers gave my brother and I a tasty sucker with the little white loop for a handle! ) In fact, my next-door neighbor worked there, and that is where my money from my first job was deposited. I understand how your bank and business has had to change with the times. I also have had to change with the times to a new world of the way people bank, buy, and sell things. Last Friday XX/XX/21, I tried to purchase XXXX tickets for my wife and I, and I confess, we don't get out much with XXXX young boys! I was talking to a XXXX XXXX on the phone ( phone number XXXX ), and a request for {$400.00} came into my XXXX XXXX account under the name and account of XXXX XXXX XXXX. One mouse click later, the {$400.00} left my account and went into the account of XXXX XXXX XXXX, immediately XXXX disconnected, and his phone number was " no longer in service ''. Both phone numbers and names I have affiliated with the XXXX account are either disconnected or unresponsive now.
