I have filed three previous complaints to get my First National Bankof Omaha Credit card account reopened. Again, I was never told I could not reopen my account after bringing it current, which it has been for some months. I encountered this same scenario with another credit card company and they did the right thing and reopened my account once I brought it current. I was given the option to reapply for a credit card but was turned down for economic reasons caused by the pandemic. That leaves my no alternative. Because FNBO has offered no viable resolution re the righteous use of my credit, this causes by unfair duress, I can no longer continue to make payment. I will fight any arttempt to charge off this account and will fight this with all means possible. It is up to FNBO to find some reasonable solution.
