TransUnion, XXXX and XXXX have consistently violated my federal rights for going on over a year now. It has gotten to the point I have had to hire a lawyer. I have tried to communicate directly with TransUnion, XXXX and XXXX and show them in writing where they have violated federal law and still they have refused to acknowledge these laws. The federal laws TransUnion, XXXX and XXXX has chosen to ignore are 15 USC 1681b as well as 15 USC 1692g. I have sent certified letters, I have sent screenshots of the laws they have violated, I have asked for proof which is required according to federal law, and they still have not complied. I advise TransUnion, XXXX and XXXX to cease and desist collecting and reporting the accounts until they have provided and supplied the full, thorough details surrounding their reasoning for keeping the accounts on my report against my wishes as a consumer. This is not only harming my credit report, it is also harming my chances of owning a home. TransUnion, XXXX and XXXX should not be allowed to get away with breaking federal law and that is why I am here in hopes that these accounts be removed from my credit report. Once their reinvestigation is complete, I would like for TransUnion, XXXX and XXXX to mail me a copy of my new and updated credit report pursuant to 15 USC Chapter 41.
