I applied for only one card, one time and was approved however XXXX ran my credit twice and I therefore have 2 hard inquiries on my Experian credit report from XXXX XXXX. I have wrote a letter twice requesting that they remove the duplicate hard inquiry but they are not and simply keep sending a letter asking me to provide the info although I already did including a copy of my Experian credit file showing the 2 hard inquiries. I need XXXX to please remove one of the hard inquiries.
