XXXX sent me an email of the update they did to my Mariner Finance account after I filed a dispute because they had not closed the most recent loan that I refinanced and updated all. Now they are showing incorrect information on the old account they closed! They are showing me 30 days late in XXXX which is NOT correct! I refinanced the loan XX/XX/XXXX. The last payment Mariner took from my account for this loan which was refinanced was XX/XX/XXXX for {$740.00}. My payments were due on the XXXX and I made them on the due date or within the ten day grace period. So this was XXXX payment they took. My XXXX payment then fell due at the end of XXXX on the XXXX at which time I called to refinance because something came up and needed extra money. It took them several days to get back to me and to set up the refinance and we completed it on XX/XX/XXXX which is NOT 30 days past my due date of XX/XX/XXXX, but 16 days past my due date! I want this 30 day late removed from all three credit reports for this Mariner loan # XXXX which was the loan I just refinanced on XX/XX/XXXX to my new loan!! Why can't Mariner or XXXX be ACCURATE??? I also am sick and tired of trying five times to file my dispute, finishing the whole process then XXXX online dispute system saying something went wrong try again, this is deliberate retaliation for my contacting your office and they need to be fined for it!!! I want them to also contact XXXX and XXXX to update and correct this too!!!! And they also had a wrong old address XXXX XXXX XXXX listed for me, remove it, and my fathers phone number XXXX listed as one of my numbers, remove it, And my same name listed as an alias three times, remove them, And my employer the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX listed four times, remove the duplicates!!!!! I want all corrected and all updated with all bureaus then I want a clean paper copy of my full corrected reports mailed to me from all three credit reporting agencies MAILED, not emailed!!!!! XXXX, incompetent people, they should be fired!!!! Shut these credit reporting agencies DOWN they do nothing but XXXX XXXX everyone 's personal information, allow it to get compromised which is why there is so much identity theft in this country and try to make people look bad financially, they have no use or purpose, no value whatsoever!!! Millions of people like myself are having hours of our time wasted on correcting their XXXX mistakes and the same goes for the finance companies, banks and businesses who are just as incompetent and can not report all correctly!!!! If I did my job the way they do I would be fired!!!
