Statements read prior to purchasing XXXX gift card provided instruction on recovering for lost or stolen card purchased at XXXX on XX/XX/2021 ( my birthday ) so I would be able to charge for gasoline etc. instead of using cash traveling from XXXX XXXX to XXXX. As I was exiting XXXX after purchasing this card with my debit card, I had taken it out of the bag and put it into my pants pocket. I noticed when I got to my card, I could not find it. I went back to the Car Repairman where my car was and asked. This is when I was told that one of the service repairman was going to inquire at XXXX Customer Service ( since I had already called and received no response ). I called, emailed, and faxed ( XXXX ) information in reference to given Case # XXXX several times. Ultimately, the receipt from XXXX and records requested was submitted and several calls made with contradiction of written advertisement about refunds if lost or stolen. I will provide more pertinent documents and information upon request.
