Roundpoint has been having my $ XXXX insurance claim check XXXX and it is now XX/XX/XXXX. Every few weeks they willl call me to tell me they need some form or a signature or an invoice, which I provide to them. Then they wait a few weeks and call me back telling me they need something else. We have been thru 3 hurricane 's, a flood and a freeze and feel we have been thru enough that I should not have to fight for my own money that my insurance company has paid. Roundpoint even came to my home to inspect that all the work was complete according to my summary of loss. The only thing left was 2 ac vents -- -that is cosmetic and was not on my insurance summary of loss. I feel as though they are stealing my money. I have been complying with their demands and they come up with new ones. I do not know what else to do and hope you can help.
