Ally sent me a bill statement in the mail XXXX saying i owe a alleged debt of XXXX. I sent them a letter back XXXX telling them that they claim is disputed also asked them for validation that is competent evidence bearing my signature, showing that I have ( or ever had ) some contractual obligation to pay you. Ally did not respond to my letter keep sending bill statements. Also Ally put this on my Credit profile which is damaging my credit and hurting me as i try to apply for a house.
