I received a threat to sue me and get a judgment for and foreclose on my HUD reverse mortgage because the accrued interest and charges are exceeding the original loan amount. A reverse mortgage is exempt from any such action and can only be foreclosed if the borrower does not pay all the required property taxes and insurance. This company has illegally and improperly force placed additional insurance on my home even though each time they have requested additional insurance I have increased the amount and paid the additional premiums to my insurance company. My last statement from them includes an amount of {$110.00} charged to my account and {$100.00} refunded for the alleged " shortage '' in my insurance.
