I am a consumer pursuant to 15 U.S.C 1681 ( c ), you are a debt collector pursuant to 15 USC 1692a ( 6 ) and you are a creditor pursuant to 15 U.S.C 1692a ( 4 ). To my understanding all credit reporting agencies get their information from the same company sourced as the original creditor. The inaccuracies being reported are detrimental to my credit capacity, credit worthiness, and credit standing. It seems Capital One is reporting an alleged late payment to credit reporting agencies however, pursuant to 15 U.S.C. 1666b, a creditor may not treat a payment on a credit card account under an open end consumer credit plan as late for any purpose. I am being violated pursuant to TILA. I noticed when looking at my consumer files I have 3 late payments reported. The inaccuracies of this information is substantially harmful thus needs to be removed now!
