The beginning of XXXX my boyfriend and i got into a fight which resulted into him going to jail. We share a wells fargo account and on the XXXX i believe, my car note was trying to get taken out but it went into the negatives because of insufficient funds. Thats when i noticed unauthorized apple pay charges made from our account under HIS debit card. First of all, his card is in the possession of the police department because they took everything on him & second, his phones are in their possession as well. I later found out that his mother told his ex to go to XXXX XXXX to get his number transferred to new phones. His ex decided to keep the phones instead of giving it to his mother. She logged into his XXXX and transferred money to herself through XXXX XXXX. I made several claims with wells fargo and i keep being told i will receive a call but i havent. all they can tell me/ask me is about his card and if i had possession of it and if anybody else knew his pin, and im like it was through apple pay!!!! i dont know any of his passwords NOTHING.. hes in jail! nothing was authorized! i keep explaining to them i have bills to pay, that account i use to pay bills and now i cant because i am waiting for over $ XXXX that was taken..
