ALL of my XXXX XXXX loans are closed and discharged in full under the closed school discharge. It took a previous CFPB complaint to get XXXX to properly close loan number 4 out. That one is fixed, however they are still reporting all loans open with full balances on my credit reports. I emailed them a couple of weeks ago asking when they were going to update it as they have updated the UoP ones that I am paying on but conveniently have left these still showing a $ XXXX balance when it should all be closed and {$0.00} and they ignored it.
