I paid off my account over a year ago. The company fortiva called me to say I still own them money, after their internal investigation, they decided I do not own them a dime. But yet they keep calling. So late month in XXXX, one of their reps said i still own {$1.00} for membership. I told me I was not aware that i was a member since my credit appication was from XXXX XXXX XXXX. To avoid the harrasment of calls, I paid the {$1.00} via my bank account. I pull my credit report today and they report me as late, which I was never late, my business with them was complete as off XX/XX/XXXX.
