I am a consumer and a natural person, i am not a third party and i am speaking for myself. After requesting debt validation XX/XX/2021 my request went unresponsive. Sent in a second notice XX/XX/XXXX, An Affidavit Of Truth and Facts stating that i am aware banks are borrowers ; issuing bonds and debentures 12 USC 143. My question remains what lawful money was placed in an account for me to have borrowed money? Avant used my negotiable instrument as an asset on its books and pledged it as collateral, which is sold on the security exchange. That is the reason the debt can not be validated because there is no debt owed. XXXX indicates clear and conspicuous disclosures need to be giving with reasonable understanding, which Avant failed to do. No Substance of Form giving, 12 CFR 1026 Regulation Z has been violated. According to 31 CFR 357.13 Federal Reserve Bank credits the amounts on redeemable book keeping securities to a funds account maintained at the institution. No loan was giving but payments were made on my behalf which are do to return back to me 15 USC 1692h Multiple Debts. Avant failed to respond to all communication attempted and an UNREBUTTED Affidavit stands as truth. XXXX out this account immediately as this is the final notice to my paper trail.
