I sent a letter to Lexis Nexis because they are reporting inaccurate and unverifiable information on my report. They completely ignored my request. I then contacted them via telephone which is also a hassle because they always have to call me back. I then received a call from one of their representatives who stated that they verified a bankruptcy with the US Bankruptcy of XXXX XXXX XXXX. I previously contacted the courthouse, spoke to XXXX XXXX XXXX at XXXX on XX/XX/2021, at XXXX and she stated that they do not do any business with the credit reporting agencies, hence, they do not report anything to anyone, Lexis Nexis.
