Caine & weiner fails to honor my rights as the natural person, Consumer, and Original Creditor. I demanded a cease and desist. Also I demand all 3rd party agencies refrain from sharing my personal consumer information. Caine & Weiner is in violation of chapter 41 Title 15 of the United States Code, The FDCPA, and XXXX. Their bad faith efforts in reporting an alleged debt owed by me is causing damage to my persons and hindering my pursuit happiness.
