CHIME I spent {$16.00} at the gas station today at around XXXX CST ( the same gas station I use 2-3x per week, and the same method of pymt ) and now I have a {$75.00} hold on my Chime account and have no way of recovering my funds. Chime customer service makes you hold the line for almost an hour ( same amount of time when trying to use the chat feature ) just to tell you a memorized statement claiming that they are aware of the issue. There are posts all over the internet and also customers are complaining to chime from their XXXX account and nothing has been accomplished. People are not able to use their Chime cards even with funds showing available. Some can't use the ATM, some are missing deposits, and some are complaining about a large amount of customers ' money being withheld after getting gas. I need my money back ASAP.
