I would like to file a Fair Credit Reporting Agency violation against this credit bureau called Experian Credit Bureau. On XX/XX/XXXX I requested that they send me there method of verification as it pertains to a XXXX XXXX XXXX account that is been reported on my credit report. The only thing that Experian has done is just to send me a statement saying that the account was been reported accurately. This is false as Experian is saying that this account went into a charged off status in XX/XX/XXXX and this is totally false. There is also missing payment and account information as it pertains to the XXXX XXXX XXXX account that is been reported on my credit bureau. There is no payment and account information listed on the credit report for the periods between XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX and this makes the account incomplete and inaccurate and the Fair Credit Reporting Act states that such accounts should be deleted from the credit report. Experian has failed to abide by the Fair Credit Reporting Act
