On XX/XX/2021 I used XXXX to transfer XXXX to XXXX XXXX a food service merchant to deliver hot food to my grandfather in XXXX XXXX. The recipient advised me that the funds were never received via XXXX. I reached out to XXXX to reverse the transaction with XXXX however they were unsuccessful in getting a response from XXXX so they were not able to reverse the transaction. As a result I reached out to my banking institution Capital One to dispute the transaction to fight on my behalf to retrieve my funds from XXXX. My dispute was wrongfully denied by capital one so I am taking the next step to see what can be done to retrieve the funds taken from my account as the recipient never received the transfer of XXXX from XXXX.
