Santander Bank denied my application for a credit card and so notified me today XXXX XXXX! The decision was NOT make by a human being! Re : Santander Bank " Application Reference Number : XXXX '' It was made by a computer! No consideration at all was given to I am! It was all done, as I say, but a computer. No human involvement at all. We live in the USA, not in the XXXX! In the USA people govern, not computers! Santander has violated my legal rights under the various age discrimination laws both on the Federal and state level ( New Jersey ). I am told by Santander Bank to file an appeal with something called " XXXX '' about which I know nothing and which is apparently allied with Santander Bank. The aforementioned notice was signed by a " XXXX XXXX XXXX " XXXX, Head of the Customer Service Center Operations '', whatever that is. Sounds similar to something one would have found in some totalitarian country, not in our beloved and blessed USA! This XXXX XXXX knows not a thing about me at all. He did not even sign the notice which was made by a computer somewhere in his office or in Santander Bank. What kind of justice is this? What kind of bank is this? Decisions made by a computer, not by a human being! Therefore, the decision was arbitrary and capricious and violative of my rights as a United States citizen! XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( ret ) pro se PS : There is no point in my continuing to have an account with the Santander Bank given its brutal and cruel treatment of me as some data point in some computer! This is not how things are done or supposed to be done in the good old USA! This is how they do things in XXXX and Communist XXXX and in XXXX and in XXXX XXXX and did things in the XXXX and in XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX!
