Consumer Narrative
I received a collection notice of {$390.00} from XXXX XXXX. I called XXXX and the account number provided on the notice is not XXXX and I was told to call XXXX XXXX. I called XXXX XXXX and the account they pulled up shows a balance of {$55.00}. The account is currently in dispute as account was opened fraudulently. XXXX stated there has been no activity on the account nor has ever had a balance other than the {$55.00}, so I am not sure where EOS CCA is coming up with their balance of {$390.00} because it is completely incorrect and not owed!
