I faxed over documents that included my ID as well as my FTC report showing that I had unauthorized inquiries on my consumer report. Equifax was sent two fax as well as a certified letter that they signed for but they are saying they never received the letter and I have proof that the documents were signed for. They are telling me that there wasnt anything that they can do but submit it again. That doesnt make sense because whos to say they arent going to lose my information again.
