I've had Two accounts that have not been properly verified from HMC Group, the first one is for {$3000.00} and the second one is for {$400.00} which was placed on my credit report on or around XX/XX/XXXX. I have disputed both items numerous times only to get a Verified response without written proof or my original contract signature with this company. I am unaware of the amount due and your bill does not include a detailed breakdown of any fees. Furthermore, I am allowed under the HIPAA law ( Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 ) to protect my privacy and medical records from third parties. I do not recall giving permission for them to release my medical information to a third party.
